What is the name of your state? Maryland
Ex has purchased a vechicle for me on my birthday in May 2001 and has stop paying the car notes as of March 2004 (the finiancing is in my name). Filed a small claim on March 2007. Am I still in the statue of limitation for the state of Maryland.

Ummmmmmmm. Ex-what? Boyfriend? Husband? If the vehicle is in YOUR name, then you should continue to make the payments, and thank him for the gift of the payments he made. I'm not sure how a vehicle with a loan on it is a gift.

To keep it real simple, I guess that is why you are not a lawyers. I have addressed the questions you purpose in my court documents; loan, ex what and have paid it off. Now if you don't have the legal knowledge to answer my question please don't respond. STATUE OF LIMITATIONS

The statues come in different sizes based on the type of sybil soot you are filing. We can't tell from the fax you have presidented so far which of the statues apply.

Grammar and spelling are not one of your strong suits, is it? Guess this new fangled internet is a little difficult for some.

PS: The limit is Maryland small claims court is $5000. Guess you will need to hire a real attorney, hopefully one that understands trailerparkian.
