Debtorworks out of his home for a company with headquarters in California. Can I get an execution of wages?

If not, I will probably serve a court order for discovery. If the debtor refuses to answer this, what are the contempt sanctions the court can impose?

Finally, is there any watyto recoup the time and money spent for going after the judgement?
