What is the name of your state? Ohio

I took a guy to small claims court and won a judgment? Now he will not pay, What can I do to collect?

You can file for garnishment of his wages. If you know his employer or where he banks you can serve them with garnishment paper work and they have to pay.

I live in OR so laws may be different. If you win a judgment you can garnish the other persons wages. Just present the garnishment paperwork (obtained from the court) to this persons employer or bank and they have to honor it.
