What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

I won a judgment against a business. The time to appeal has now passed. I am now trying to collect. I do not know the defendant's banking info, and unfortunately, I now live in a different state, so I am limited on what I can do in person. I read in the court website about till tap and keeper services? What do these things really involve? And are they generally good options? The business is retail, and they have cash registers.
