What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York
How do I collect if the business changed their name? The marshals said when they went to the listed address theres a different business there although the have the same phone number and website

Try and find out who the owner/manager is from the establishment and have them give you a history of previous names and if he/she is still the owner/manager.

Is the other business still around? Is that the same business just a different name?

You should do a business search to see if the company has registered a new name with the state.
