What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York

I have won a judgement against a person, but the debtor won't pay up.
I have sent him information subpoena to which he hasn't replied.

What are my options?

I received a letter from
Capital Retrieval Inc 88-34 161st Street Jamaica, NY 11432 718-704-2080
They claim that they will award me 65% of any satisfied judgement.
Is this a reputable company? If not are there others or how can I
verify?

thanks

Assuming you're not spamming - this isn't a legal question.

No, not spamming. Sorry if it came off this way.
I just thought that maybe someone heard of this specific
collection company.

Thanks for clarifying :)

Sorry though - I doubt anyone here will recommend you do or don't use any particular company.

Have you checked one of the myriad online review sites?

The standard for professionals in the judgment enforcement field is paying 50 percent of any funds received. If someone is offering you more than that, I would be cautious.

You can get more information on judgment enforcement - including learning how to do it yourself at nationaljudgment.net

There are a couple of companies/people offering training on judgment enforcement. They should be easy to find on google.
