Collecting Judgement Letter

What is the name of your state? NY

Anybody have an example of a letter asking for payment of a claim that you won in court?

I'm not sure how to word it.

I've only been able to find examples of 'Demands for Payment' letters sent before filing a claim and going to court, not after.
