The reason she has ignored you is that your NY judgment means nothing in Connecticut. You need to domesticate your judgment into her state, then you can use CT statutes to enforce the judgment.

But, before you can domesticate, you have to locate her (for notice of the CT filing).

Thanks for your response. The hearing was in connecticut. And the ruling is from the State of Connecticut-superior Court Housing session at bridgeport. i called the court, and they told me that the only way to get her to pay is to do a wage execution, or bank execution. i don't have this information. all i have is where her parents live, and i assume she is still living with them in connecticut. how can i find out where she is working now, or where she banks?
Thanks,

*** Obviously, due to privacy issues, there are no centralized 'press a button' and locate them 'buttons' you can push. You are going to have to either play detective, hire a detective or consider having a CT Judgment specialist take over the enforcement.

If you decide on the latter, contact me off-forum and I will try to put you in touch with an experienced judgment specialist in CT.
