I have been wrongfully accused of sexually harassing a female employee at my former job and the Dept of Human Rights has just found that there is probable cause, most likely because she got her friends to say that I harassed her. I now have to choose to accept conciliation court or not. My question is what sorts of things can she ask for in small claims court when it is sexual harassment? lost wages or other sorts of damages?
