California CEPS manage Rusty ' s ssi and disability checks. Rusty rents a room from me. CEPS only paid half of the rent in February 2016 because Rusty went to jail for half the month. Rusty continues to rent from me. I know I can sue CEPS but can I also get double? From CEPS not Rusty.
