What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ
Hi- I did consulting engineering work for a large company under my small NJ consulting LLC company name. The large company owes me money and i want to sue in small calims court for it. My question is who would be the plantiff, me personally or do I use my small company LLC name?
