I am selling a car to someone that works in my apartment complex. He doesn't speak much english and is paying cash for it.
I want to make sure he transfers the title to his name, so I am thinking of writing something down to cover myself like...
Mr. Jones sold a 92 Toyota Corolla license plate #.......
to Mr. Greene for $X on August 6, 2003.
Mr. Greene has 14 days from purchase date to transfer title to his name. If this is not completed, further legal action will be taken.
