What is the difference between a contract and a court order?

We signed a court order (agreement) in front of our lawyers. The plantiff tried to take us to civil court for a contempt hearing stating that we were in contempt of the agreement. We won the contempt hearing.

Now, the plantiff is trying to sue us in small claims court for breeching the "contract."
The case is in the new county where we moved. Can she sue us for the same thing?
