purchased/built new house 3 years ago. several tile now have cracks.. contractor did not leave extra replacement tile and they are now out of business.

What legal action can be taken against the builder for lack of replacement tile.

Did your contract with the builder or tileman specify that replacement tiles would be left?

If no, you have no case.

Besides, what would the value of a dozen replacement tiles be?

Perhaps 100 dollars?

i can't get matching replacement tile, flooring contractor is no longer in business. I paid extra for upgrade etc.. and it is a large area of flooring with the crack tiles.
i will review the contract.. for specifications on replacement tile.
