My parents stole my journals from me and gave them to my ex-girlfriend and she wont give them back. Is there anyway I can get my journals back without having to go to court or anything?

You could steal them or make physical threats to get them back. Of course, that could land you in jail. Even suing to get them back may not work, they might be worth a million dollars to you but 50 cents to the court.
