What is the name of your state? Indiana

In Feb 2005 I received papers asking me to come to court for a previous debt. I called the attorneys office and told them I would be unable to make it that day and to try and get a continuance and was told no. A month or two later I found another notice to appear in court on my porch except this one states I am eligible for body attachment. I called the attorneys office again and was basically told show up. What can I expect when I go to court.

Why are you calling the attorney that is suing you? He could care less about you and your situation. You need your own attorney.
