Hello, My Dad's attorney for his Bk has now decided to take my husband and I to court and garnish our wages for my Dad's unpaid attorney bill. When my Dad went thru BK with this attorney they both told us to stay in my Dad's house rent free until the foreclosure went thru. Now that my Dad & his attorney are having conflict over the final bill the lawyer wants to garnish us for unpaid rent to my Dad! Even though they both said to stay there rent free. Help.
