What is the name of your state? pa.
i bought a pice of furniture from a company in nc. that company had it sent to me by a indepentent shipper. i paid $800 for the peice. i have had to send it back three times because of dama ge cause by the shipper. the third time i said i didn't want the peice any longer because i felt i had paid for a new peice, not one that has been repaired three times. the shipper has only offered to return the cost of the shipping ($80) and to repair the peice again. do i have to accept those terms. and if not can i take this to small claims in my home state? thanks for some help.
