They will see whether you have any NON-exempt assets and, if so, order that you turn them over.

Money owed on an asset has little or no impact on whether it is exempt or not.
 
Exempt assets

Non-emempt assets are those items of personal property not covered by the exemptions contained in ORC 2329.66.
