What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

We are a BBQ vendor/caterer. My LLC was recently sued and the person won. She is asking for a Statement of Assets and technically the company doesn't have any assets. Our main tools of trade were not listed when we formed the LLC. The smoker my husband uses was a housewarming gift from me when we moved into our house last year. The only thing purchased from the LLC bank account are paper goods, food that is used almost immediately, and chaffing dishes. Because we don't have a location there is nothing else to list. We go to the event sell our wares and then move on.

What do I list as assets besides the bank account and supplies?
