What is the name of your state? California.

I won a judgement in small claims court. Judge asked other party to pay me in installments over the next 12 months.

They paid the first month and stopped paying the second month. They also moved to another city 5 hours away, with no forwarding address. He is my ex-tenant. I have his SSN, driver lic number and bank account info. Anything I can do from a legal standpoint like asking court to freeze his assets in bank account for settlement payment.

Thanks,
