GA, Atlanta: Should I re-file my claim because of improper delivery? My claim was for breach of contract. I named the individual and the business address. The business is a sole proprietorship under the same name. The summons was delivered to the individual at the business address one week after I filed. Is this a "showstopper" since I did not indicate, "doing business as (the name of the business)" in my claim?
