What is the name of your state? OHIO
My ex is supposed to pay 65% of the medical and dental bills.
Our daughter had braces put on in Sept. 2002. I have repeatedly asked him for the money due, and even told him to pay it directly to the orthodontist so that he could use it in his taxes. I nor the orthodontist has not received a cent from my ex. Can I take him to small claims to get the monies owed to the orthodontist, as they are sending me letters for the money owed.:(

Your divorce decree is your court order for having the bills paid. Instead of small claims court, you will have to take your ex back to the court that issued the decree and have the provisions enforced there.
