Texas is the state I live in. I broke a tooth at a resturant. I was told to go to the dentist. He told me it would be $550.00 to put a porcelien crown on it and it wouldn't take but a couple of days for he made his own crowns there in his office. I did not get a crown but a cap on the tooth that was not made by the dentist and he is trying to charge me $720.00.He is taking me to small claims court from Wood County while I live in Smith county. Is there anything I can do?
