I had a decision in my favor appealed. The Defendant appealed on March 24th of 2006 and I reviewed the transcript of the case on or about April 10. The defendant's lawyer has yet to perfect the transcript and I think they are just hoping I'll go away. They did post an undertaking with the court. How long do they have to perfect the transcript before I can motion for a dismissal? Do I need a lawyer to place the motion or can I do it myself?
