I was checking my credit report and noticed a judgement was made against me. I was not served and I did not live in that state when this went to court. Is there anything I can do to get this dismissed ? Any advice would be so helpful!

You cannot get it dismissed.

You may be able to get it set aside.

However, the first thing you need to do is get a complete copy of the court file from the clerk of the court where the lawsuit was.

Then you can see how they got service on you.

If they sent you a letter (for example) to an old address and you didn't leave a forwarding address, you may just be out of luck.

But go investigate first.
