What is the name of your state? Alabama
I was engaged to this guy for a while and there was a time that we were to be apart because he didnt have a car at the time so I "loaned" him my cell phone for one month. During that time I found out he was actually cheating on me with another woman. So during the course of that one month he ran up my phone bill to $430.00 when in the past 2 years it has never been more than $40.00. I confronted him about the bill and he told me he would pay it. After I then confronted him about the cheating he would not return my cell phone so I then reported my phone stolen and now I am stuck with paying a $430.00 cell phone bill.
