NJ A Ford dealership broke a spark plug off in the head of my car when changing them. Now the are trying to charging me to remove the head and fix the car. I feel in is there fault. Do I have a winable case in small claims court?

Proof

You have the burden of proof. Do you have anything besides circumstancial evidence that the spark plug broke off in their posession?

More importantly, why did the spark plug break? Was it because you left the original plugs in there for 20 years? Did they use the wrong socket? Etc.

Makes a big difference in how much of a claim you may have.
