What is the name of your state? IA

I am the plaintiff for a small claims case in IA. I am at the garnishment stage and first garnishment just got over (garnishment in IA last 60 days). Defendant still owes half the debt. So I will be filing the garnishment again. My question is whether do I need to file Praecipe with court again before I send garnishment to Sheriff?
