Hi, i sold my pickup truck to a person about a month ago. She gave me $1100 down payment on the truck. We signed a contract that said that she would have it paid for in full by a certain date. About 3 days before the due date she contacted me telling me that she was not purchasing the truck and she wanted her down payment back. Do i have to give it back??? Please help Thanks for any help
