In November of 2008 I got a $10,000 loan to help my then boyfriend and I out of debt. I got the loan in my name only because I had better credit than him. We drew out a contract that specified he would be COMPLETELY responsible for paying back the loan. For the last six months he has only been paying the minimum payment when in the contract he agreed to pay double that. We recently parted ways. And now I want him to pay what was agreed upon in the contract. Although I'm suing now after we broke up and he has only been paying the minium amount for the last six months. Can I win my case?

The loan got BOTH of you out of Debt and he agreed to pay the entire amount ?

As long as he's paying your debts , what's the fuss ?
