I need some advice regarding a no contact order that was served to me by my neighbor that has been causing me problems since the day I moved into my home! So she put on the no contact order absolutely false information and even included my 4 year and 6 year old children in the order complaining they are "tearing her yard apart." I have 2 witnesses to support my story and I have another witness that can attest to the woman causing us problems since the day we moved in. I really need to prove this in court because I am a nurse and I can NOT have a false misdemeanor on me!! She even filed a criminal misdemeanor report claiming that I threatened to "Kick her ass!" I go to court this Tuesday December 20th!! I would greatly appreciate any advice ya'll can provide me! Please help! What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
