What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Montana
I filed a motion for contempt against my exhusband because the divorce decree ordered him to refinance the vehicle he was awarded within 60 days. It has been almost a year since that order and my name is still on the vehicle and he keeps making payments late. He is so mad about the order that he is threatening to fight custody during that court hearing. The divorce decree and the parenting plan are completely different documents, can he even approach that during the hearing for the vehicle?
