What is the name of your state? PA

I have posted before but received no answer. Can I add the filing fees to the lawsuit? What about an interest rate of 6%? I don't want the judge to think I'm greedy, God forbid.

You can add the costs of filing the lawsuit to any action you bring. However, the interest doesn't apply until the judgement is rendered.

The cost of filing the lawsuit will be automatically added by the court. And certainly ask for pre-judgment and post-judgment interest in your filing. The court will add it to the judgment if appropriate.
