What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

I am a sole proprietor in CA.

I need to file a small claims case for a company in NY (Manhattan) from CA. Are there any service providers that can file this for me.

I would hate to make two flights there - one to file, the other to actually appear in court. From what I gather I CANNOT include these expenses in my judgement.
