What is the name of your state? Florida
Hello everybody?

We the plaintiff sued a Foreign limited liability company in the small court of Broward county florida and got a favored judgement againts a company stablished in South Carolina with a branch in florida.

The defendant didnt show up to the court appointment and they dont have real state or businesses in florida just an active company.

I will like to know if it is possible to sue this company in small claims court in South CArolina after we got a positive judgement in Florida in order to collect the money since we didnt get any from the florida branch.

and if possible what will be the steps to follow

Thanks
Ximena
