Garnishment of Federal Employees

What is the name of your state? Nevada

I handle small claims suits & garnishments for my company. I have an individual who is shown to be in the Air National Guard. Can this individual, or any Feredal Government employee, be garnished?

*** I don't know about any exemptions that might apply to that individual, but federal employees are subject to the 'normal' federal exemptions and wages over those exemptions can be garnished.
