Getting Defendant Socail Serurity #

I'm getting ready to take the defendant back to court for asset hearing. there's a form that you fill out that ask him for all asset in details. But not the Socail Security #. Do i need it to get the judgement for the money he owes me on his credit report? If so can the judge order the information?
