What is the name of your state? New York

Well this week I am going to file my claim with New York City because they want pay my full repairs to my car after a police van backed into it. On the court dat I am going to bring in 3 estimates (two from a dealerships and one from an independent shop) plus pictures of every part damaged. Should I bring in any other documents to help me out? Please if got suggestions let me know. I am also thinking of bringing in my friend who was in the car.

Here my whole story if you want to read it:
