I live in Florida and have won a judgment against a company in small claims. I have filed liens against the company and he continues to refuse to settle the judgment. I am currently awaiting a Hearing In Aid of Execution. In preparation for the Hearing i served the defendent a form that he is required to complete listing the company assets. My question is this**************.I have reason to believe that he is changing title to vehicles out of the company name to avoid listing them. How can i verify if this is happening? How can I verify if he is completing the form truthfully? What are the penalties if he is doing this?
