Hello I have a 6 yr old son who has Down Syndrome he goes to school in the Philadelphia school distritc and he's in a life skills class. He also has a TSS worker to help out in class with him and a nurse that goes to school with him. So a few weeks ago the TSS workers superviser cought the teacher grabing my son in his coller and forceing him to sit in his seat. So he wrote it in his paper work and told his boss what happend. And now the school is saying it didn't happen what can I do?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
