So my cousin gave us a car. Signed the title over and everything. Well in exchange she asked me to watch her daughter. Well a week passed and then she threw her son into the mix. Well her husband was very rude one week when my son was super sick. And we no longer watch the kids. There was no contract ever made . just a bill of sale where they donated the car to us. Do we have to give her the keep back. We put alot of money into this car.

Also he has stated he has already put it on his taxes as he donated this

And assuming this happened in the US, unless you're a tax-exempt charitable organization, he couldn't have written off this "donation" on his taxes. If he did, it was done illegally.
