What is the name of your state? Texas..

Thank-you for your quick response from California. Should you still be awake..

My slated time for appearnace is 9:00 a.m. I don't think I will find any Attorney in Houston taking calls before 9:00.Would you suggest I contact the clerk's office at 8:00 a.m., and state my problem? Or should I head down to the Courthouse? and hope for the best?

Any chance that I could have this dismissed because they should have served the company where I work, instead of me?

Thank-you..again
