Help! I need legal advice re: parking tickets

I live in Colorado. I owe a parking company (a private owned lot) $1,393.50 worth of parking tickets. They sent a letter to me in the mail saying if I don't pay them in full, they will take me to court. I don't have ANY money to pay them until around August. They want money now. If they summon me to court, and I don't go (also I'm moving 3 hours away out of Denver county in a week), will I get a warrant?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
