What is the name of your state? I live in Chicago, IL

Hi,
I am in the process of getting a mortgage, literally in the process and all of a suddden a default judgement shows up on my credit report. I filed a motion and got it vacated, but I have to go back to court on the 03/15/05 "to check status". I need to get this judgement off my credit report before my lender runs a final check before closing. How do I go about doing that. I tried to go to the county record place with what documentation I had but they told me that I needed a paper saying it was dimissed. Someone please help.
