If my sister and i are on the title for a vehicle -- and i have stored it at my house for over a year -- she doesnt want to sell since she claims the price is too low -- am i able to move the vehicle to her residence without any legal actions to follow me!!!???? help please

How are the names shown on the title. If in 'and' format, then signatures of both are required to sell it. However, if in 'or' format, then either can sell the vehicle without the signature of the other.
