What is the name of your state? Florida

Recently, two stallions that have been living on my neighbors property, but belong to someone else, escaped and caused damage to my fencing and mare. (I do not believe any board was being paid to keep the horses there.) Who is responsible for the damages? If uncertain, what resources may lead me to an answer?
