What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Mississippi

My tenant did not pay rent for October and refuses to do so. He will not provide me with a mailing address, therefore I have nowhere to serve him. He's a 1099 employee and doesn't have an office to show up to as he works from home.

How may I go about serving him?

It was the last month of the lease.. he got a DUI so I understood his financial hardship at the time. It's been 30 days, and he has clearly expressed interest to not pay. He has since then moved out to a 'temporary place' with one of his friends. He has forwarded his mail, which might be a start...
