i rcvd two letters from different attornys wanting me to contact them if i needed their help in small claims court i didnt know i had anything filed against me how did they know before me?

It's much like ambulance chasers and court TV shows. The small claims cases are a matter of public record. They go thru the current claims to see what's interesting to them and then contact the parties to see if they're interested in getting their help to win their case. Not such a mystery after all.
