Maryland District Court. I need to file a claim to vacate a judgment on a case by March 2, 2005. A collection company has been awarded an Affidavit Judgment against me and the amount is not accurate. The first time I went to court on this the attorneys for the plaintiff did not expect me to defend and ask me for a new trial date. I missed the new trial date. So now I need to defend. Please assist in telling me what forms i need and evidence so I can file before March 2 2005. Thanks

In addition to a motion to vacate, I would file an appeal also.

I don't know of any forms; ask the small claims court clerk if they have such critters.
